Unoffendable

Unoffendable - In a dictionary, most entries referring to being “offended” will say something about feelings of anger and resentment. It’s the taking of offense, and the presumption we are entitled to be angry at another person. But what the Bible teaches is not only that you can choose to be unoffendable . . . but that you should choose to be unoffendable. All the time. Every time. That means forfeiting our right to hold on to anger. In this series we will be examining why we should voluntarily forfeit our right to be offended. And when we do this, we’ll be making a sacrifice that’s not only very pleasing to God but also very healthy for us spiritually, emotionally, and even physically.
