Join the ACC Directory

If you are a member of ACC or regular attender who attends our worship services at least once/month in person (Must turn in the Connection Card on Sundays to verify), you may request to join our directory by completing the information below and submitting the form. If you are eligible to join the directory, we will send you an email invitation.

You attend ACC worship services at least once a month AND turn in the Connection Card on Sundays - attendance will be verified.

Attendance will be verified using Connection Card submission.
